A tough day at Woolers with great head high peaks racing left and right with a powerful offshore screaming up the face
A low wave count but at least i was in the sea
some nice slow mo water in this short
After a week of great looking surf and being shackled to my work the surf died off as the chains were released for the weekend
Ah Well! at least I had the Forest Of Dean Half Marathon on Sunday
A fun, fast race over hard packed surfaces. More of a road run than a trail run but how can you complain when you get to run through the Forest of Dean with a great bunch of people.
Completed in 1:45hr
What do you buy me for my birthday? a trail 1/2 marathon – Thanks family
Full on wet Welsh weather with Osian and Aled – the Hoka One One run at Margam Park, Port Talbot, South Wales, Uk
This was trail running at it’s best and probably at it’s most extreme – loved it!
Osh, Rhyd, Max, Badge, Ahab and myself traveled to Coed Y Brenin, North Wales for the race.
Friday night we slept in a sleeping loft at Cae Gwyn Farm with the wind at gale force something…….the next morning we woke to gentle breezes and a clear sky for race day.

Why do i run to keep fit?
There are many reasons and this run hit many of them
….Wales is one beautiful and mystical Country …. The Welsh are right to be proud . (Lucky for me Wales is on my doorstep). Forest, Beach and plenty of Sun.
